Where This Fits: The Solution Readiness Workshop is the front door of a paired series. It defines the business and architecture decisions, followed by the Engineering Readiness Workshop, which runs as its own day to evaluate and prove the chosen workload by your engineering team.

Engineering Readiness
Who It’s For: Engineering teams named in the Solution Readiness Workshop who evaluate, upskill to, and prove the committed use case.
Format: 1 day · In Person
Where This Fits: The Engineering Readiness Workshop is the second day of the paired series following the Solution Readiness Workshop. The business chose the use case and proposed its architecture decisions; the Engineering Readiness Workshop proves them in the hands of the engineers who will build the solution.

Where This Fits: The Implementation Readiness Workshop is built for the organization with an approved use case, ready to sponsor and fund its implementation. The Implementation Readiness Brief delivers the organizational readiness and implementation architecture to take the chosen use case to production.
