Since 2004 our role as a partner and a vendor has been to understand the challenges an enterprise customer needs to solve, design a solution grounded in our partner's technologies, and build it.

While the industry has rebranded these services - most recently as “forward-deployed engineering” - we just call it “our work.”

Our Primary Ecosystem

Our primary ecosystem is Microsoft – Azure AI, Foundry on Windows, Copilot, Surface, Microsoft 365 – and we operate embedded with Microsoft and partner teams inside enterprise customer engagements.

Not a Typical Consulting Firm

We don't hand off strategy without implementation. We're not a staffing company or a managed service provider. We are a senior, applied team that covers the full span from problem identification through production deployment, in one engagement, inside partner go-to-market structures.

Hospitality

Teknikos has a long history in hospitality, from manufacturing custom tablets and delivering mobile applications to demonstrating how technology reshapes the guest experience.

Work with Microsoft, Intel, Samsung, and Xbox has included Connected Room implementations on hospitality TVs, Xbox, and mobile devices, with proprietary voice integration – evolving continuously to reflect new platforms and ecosystem partnerships.

Current focus:

Azure AI and on-device AI for guest experience, staff operations, and in-room automation on Copilot+ hardware.

Microsoft Surface

Since the original Surface table, Teknikos has been building immersive experiences and innovative solutions on each generation of the hardware.

That partnership has grown through every evolution of the platform, most recently to include Surface AI workshops and development labs, NPU-optimized application development, and Foundry on Windows integration on Copilot+ PCs.

These programs identify real customer use cases that Teknikos then helps build.

  • Microsoft is our primary and deepest partnership. We also work with Qualcomm, Intel, Samsung, and Xbox – typically within the same Microsoft ecosystem engagements.

  • Engagements vary. Some are short: a one-day executive workshop, a Surface AI hackathon, a proof-of-concept built in two weeks. Others are sustained: a 12-week adoption program, a quarterly advisory relationship, an ongoing co-sell arrangement embedded with a partner's account team. We tailor every engagement to the partner's program structure and the customer's situation.

  • Hospitality, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. Enterprise customers are typically mid-to-large organizations invested in the Microsoft ecosystem, working to accelerate AI adoption or solve specific operational problems.

  • Genuix is Teknikos' applied AI research lab – building practical AI software products that ship. Genuix Dimensions, available in the Microsoft Store, runs on Phi Silica and Foundry Local. It is both a product and a live proof of what's possible with current Microsoft AI technology.
