(the "Company" or "we") is the controller of the personal information described in this policy, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this policy. This policy describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing information we may collect from you or that you may provide, and the types of that information we collect, when you use, access or visit teknikos.com, hybridaimethod.com or genuix.ai (each, our "Website").

This policy applies to information we collect:

• Through mobile and desktop applications you download that provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and this Website;

Children Under the Age of 13

Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Website or use any of its features, and leave the Website.

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website, including information:

You do not have to give us personal information. If you leave out details a form asks for, we may not be able to reply to your message. If you are a contact at one of our customers, we need your business details to administer our agreement and issue invoices.

Cookies and Analytics

Our Website is hosted by Squarespace. We use the following technologies:

• Strictly necessary cookies. Squarespace sets a security cookie that protects forms on the Website, and two cookies that remember your cookie choice. They do not track you and are set whatever your choice.

• Squarespace Analytics. Squarespace counts page visits and uses your IP address to estimate your approximate location, together with your browser and referring page. We have switched off Squarespace's visitor activity log, so we do not keep or see individual visitors' IP addresses. It does not set a cookie. We use this to understand how many people visit the Website and which pages they view.

• Google Analytics. Only if you accept analytics (performance) cookies in our cookie banner, with "Accept all" or under "Manage cookies", Google Analytics sets cookies that recognize your browser on later visits (for up to two years) and records how you use the Website. If you have not accepted, or you select "Decline all", nothing is sent to Google Analytics. See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

• Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, provided through Squarespace, to block spam. When you open a page that has a form, reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you use the page, including your IP address, and sends it to Google. We use it on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping our forms secure. See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie Preferences" button on the Website. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

• To present our Website and its contents to you.

• To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.

If you tick "Sign up for news and updates" on one of our forms, we will send you news and updates about our products and services. If you do not tick the box, we use your details only to respond to your message.

• To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business. These include Squarespace, which hosts the Website and processes form submissions; Microsoft, whose email service receives form submissions; and Google, which provides Google Analytics and the reCAPTCHA spam check on our forms.

• To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Website operator's assets.

• To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users that does not identify any individual.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

The Verifiable Consumer Request must provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative. In addition, you must describe your request with sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. Once we receive and confirm your Verifiable Consumer Request, we will disclose to you: (1) the categories and the sources of personal information we collected about you; (2) our business purpose for collecting your personal information; (3) the categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information; (4) the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you; and/or (5) whether we sold or disclosed your personal information for a business purpose (and if so, the categories of personal information sold or disclosed). California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Website who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Note, however, that the Company does not share your personally identifiable information with third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes.

Other US States

Residents of other US states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws may have similar rights, which can include the right to confirm whether we process their personal information, to access, correct and delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sales of personal information and certain profiling. Data Protection Rights Under the GDPR, UK GDPR and Swiss Law

The Company is headquartered in the United States of America. If you are in the UK, the EU, an EEA member state, or Switzerland, you have certain data protection rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, including:

Legal bases. We use Google Analytics cookies only with your consent. Nothing is sent to Google Analytics until you accept. Where you ask us for products or services, or to take steps before entering into a contract, we process your information because it is necessary for that contract. We keep records and disclose information where the law requires it, to comply with our legal obligations. We process other information, including Squarespace Analytics and reCAPTCHA, on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating, securing and understanding the use of the Website, responding to messages you send us, and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests. We send news and updates only with your consent.

International transfers. We are based in the United States, and your information is processed there. Where required, our service providers (Squarespace, Microsoft and Google) rely on their own certifications under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, its UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, with the UK addendum and the adjustments for Switzerland. Teknikos itself is not certified under the Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards that apply at privacy@teknikos.com.

Automated decisions. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to any of the above requests and that the above individual rights are not absolute. The Company may be entitled to refuse requests where certain exceptions apply. If you have given your consent and you wish to withdraw it, please contact us. Please note that where processing of your personal information relies on your consent and where you then withdraw that consent, we may not be able to provide all or some aspects of the Company's products or services to you, or it may affect the provision of such products or services.

If you believe that the Company has not complied with applicable law regulating such information, you should first contact the Company using the contact details provided at the end of this policy. You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority where you live or work: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU or EEA, your local data protection authority; in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. Business Contacts at Our Customers

If you are named as a contact for an organization we do business with, for example to receive invoices or contract notices, we hold your name, job title, business email, business telephone number and business address. We use them to administer our agreement with your organization, issue and collect invoices, and keep our business, accounting and tax records, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running that agreement and being paid. Your organization gave us these details. We keep them for the term of our agreement with your organization and seven years after it ends, or longer where accounting or tax law requires. They are held in Microsoft 365 and our accounting system. You have the rights described in this policy; contact us at privacy@teknikos.com.

Data Retention

Google Analytics keeps detailed event data for 2 months and data linked to an individual browser for 14 months, after which it is deleted. Aggregated reports, which do not identify you, may be kept longer. Squarespace does not publish how long it keeps its analytics data; we can ask it to delete data linked to you. Its security cookie lasts only for your browser session, and the cookies that remember your cookie choice stay in your browser until they expire or you clear them. Messages you send through our forms are delivered by email to our team, and your name and contact details are also stored in our Squarespace contact list. We delete them once a year after two years have passed since our last contact with you, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. If you signed up for news and updates, we keep your name and email address until you unsubscribe. Emails you send us directly are kept on the same basis, unless they form part of our records with your organization. If you unsubscribe from our emails, we keep your email address on a do-not-send list so that we can honor your choice.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy
