Microsoft account and sales teams engage Teknikos directly to support enterprise customer relationships. We embed with Microsoft sellers in customer engagements, identify the right use cases, design the solution, and build it on Microsoft platforms – aligned to Microsoft program priorities and co-sell structures. Currently, Teknikos is Microsoft's recognized expert for Surface AI workshops and development labs.

Teknikos designs and delivers Surface AI workshops and development labs in partnership with Microsoft – programs that bring enterprise customers, channel partners, and Microsoft field teams to hands-on fluency with Surface AI and Copilot+ PC capabilities. These programs identify real customer use cases that Teknikos then helps build.

Microsoft is our primary and deepest partnership. We also work with Qualcomm, Intel, Samsung, and Xbox – typically within the same Microsoft ecosystem engagements.

Engagements vary. Some are short: a one-day executive workshop, a Surface AI hackathon, a proof-of-concept built in two weeks. Others are sustained: a 12-week adoption program, a quarterly advisory relationship, an ongoing co-sell arrangement embedded with a partner's account team. We tailor every engagement to the partner's program structure and the customer's situation.

Genuix is Teknikos' applied AI research lab – building practical AI software products that ship. Genuix Dimensions, available in the Microsoft Store, runs on Phi Silica and Azure AI Foundry Local. It is both a product and a live proof of what's possible with current Microsoft AI technology.
