But what makes this launch truly special is the story behind it - it’s a story that was written, in part, by our very own data.

The Challenge: Finding Our Authentic Voice

Like many companies, we've wrestled with the challenge of the "blank page." How do you distill everything you do into clear, compelling language that truly resonates? How do you ensure your website's messaging is an authentic reflection of your company, not just generic marketing copy?

As a company dedicated to helping others leverage AI, we decided to put our services and expertise to work by employing our own methodology to tell our own story. We decided to treat ourselves like a client and use AI as a tool to uncover the core truths hidden within our real company data.

The AI-Powered Approach to Authenticity

Our process was simple, yet powerful. We gave Copilot our most valuable, unfiltered company data:

Instead of either humans or AI writing the website from scratch, we worked in collaboration as strategic partners. Copilot helped us analyze vast amounts - over 20 years worth! - of historical data to identify recurring themes, pinpoint our most impactful services, and articulate our unique value proposition in a way that felt genuine and surprisingly new.

The Result: A Story Rooted in Reality

What emerged was more than just new text or positioning. It was a genuine and authentic story about who we are, based on our history using technology to build innovative solutions made even more exciting by using a new technology to generate this one. We uncovered new value in our services from a fresh pair of all-seeing eyes, and were reminded about forgotten history and successes. We’ve emerged from this exercise with proof that the value we promise our customers is authentically written into the very fabric of our own story.

The new website's content directly reflects:

  • The Work We Do: Our site is far from a list of industry buzzwords. Our messaging is a direct reflection of the recurring themes of strategic guidance, partnership, and innovation described in our documentation, client and partner testimonials, and case studies.

  • How We Do It: Our services descriptions speak to our enduring holistic approach to technology, and our decades-long commitment to building robust solutions that balance software, hardware, and human experiences

  • Who We Partner and Deliver For: Our Partners section highlights the value we’ve placed on strategic alliances, and for the first time promotes the work we’ve quietly done in support of our partners, like educating and onboarding customers and partner teams to our real-world applications of emerging technologies.

  • Our Work (coming soon!): Obscuring the details of our sensitive customer work and telling years-long client success stories has been a challenge for us, but with Copilot we’re in the process of developing case studies that finally tell those stories without compromise. We are so excited to share the success stories that we are most proud of.

Our new website is the direct result of our belief that the most powerful stories are the ones already within your data. Our own company's data-driven, AI-assisted narrative is now the foundation of our new digital home.
